Because sign language needs greater attention, full concentration to the other... From eye to eye...
Love should be a language spoken only by signs ... We end up the "I love you", that has lost so much sense and would be always straining to make the other understand our love ... And we had to learn sign language to tell it, because then, we would only end up by someone who really worth it ... The Love would have a Universal language that would say it all without saying anything, as it should be ... And the empty "I love you" would be forever banished!
